A very rare Luftwaffe tropical schirmutze peaked cap with a cloth neck sunshield. Made from lightweight sand-coloured cotton with a cloth peak and chinstrap. Button-on neck protector. Embroidered Luftwaffe 2nd pattern eagle and swastika badge with winged cockade. Cloth sweatband and a red cloth liner. No visible maker marks or size. Probably made by Meyer.
