An M42 helmet for the NSKK - the Nazi Motor Corps. Shell is in a distinctive tan paint colour, which has been overpainted in service on a grey shell. Large NSKK painted logo to the front. Grey inner shell. Eisenhuttenwerke maker and size stamp ckl64. Batch number is a light stamping and difficult to read but appears to be 1334. Hide size 56 liner fitted. No chinstrap.
