A rare German Forestry hanger, dating from the 1930s. Manufactured by Horster. Staghorn grips decorated with three brass acorns, and gilt metalwork which has some age wear. A Luftwaffe Observers badge in its original case. Zinc alloy badge with nicely silvered eagle on a gilt wreath. Needle pin and hook intact. Gebruder Wegerhoff makers mark on the reverse.
