Spanish Cross in Bronze

A Spanish Cross in bronze, without swords for a non-combatant. Concave construction with a tapered pin. Most bronzing has worn off. Pebbled patina to cross around swastika and in fine detailing to eagles. L/32 stamped centrally on the reverse. The cross was presented to Luftwaffe personnel serving with the Condor Legion in Spain from 1936 to 1939.  read more

An M17 transitional helmet with Deutsche Red Cross (DRK) double decals. Helmet shell has an overall brown patina inside and out. It has the large peak indicative of Austrian manufacture. An early pattern Nazi German police shako. Black leather and composite construction. Large police insignia to the front. National cockade mounted on a metal frame. Leather M1895 chinstrap with twin buckles. Twin hatched vents either side. Light tan hide liner with a size 54 stamp. Some light scuffing to crown, otherwise very good condition.  read more
