A wartime Brodie MkII steel helmet for an inspector in the Special Constabulary. White painted shell with some paint damage to the rim. SC Police in black to the front with an inspector's rank insignia. BMB (Briggs Motor Bodies) maker stamp on shell with a 1939 date. Crosspiece and size 7 liner, maker marked BMB 1939. Part-elasticated chinstrap. read more
