Full-size KDF Flag

A full-sized flag for the KDF "Strength Through Joy" organisation. 38" x 25" double sided flag in heavy buff cloth. KDF insignia on a sewn-on disc. Complete with hanging rope and reinforced rope guide, which is stamped Berlin, with Kraft Durch Freude legend and insignia. Dated 1939. The KDF "Strength Through Joy" organisation was founded in 1933 under the umbrella of the Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF) to benefit members of the German labour force under the Nazis and to promote Nazism.
