Army M40 DD Helmet

An army M40 double decal helmet. Nice overall condition with most field green paint remaining inside and out. Eagle decal is 80 per cent present, with some rubbing around the centre. National decal also around 80 per cent present, with some scuffing and a chip out of the red area. Batch number 1059 stamped on inner skirt, with Eisenhuttenwerke maker and size stamp ET64. Good condition nine-tongue hide liner. Black and tan chinstrap with a Curt Vogel maker stamp and 1939 date
