RAD Award Plaque - Cased

A large gilt non-portable award plaque for the Reich Arbeitsdienst work organisation. 11.5cm by 8.5cm plaque with four fixing holes. Silk and velvet lined purpose-made case with eagle and swastika in gilt blocking. Some damage to upper surface of case. Plaque was awarded for good work and is stamped "Arbeit Adelt (labour ennobles) and RAD insignia and swastika.
